The Loan Procedure

Application processing usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Approved or declined, you will be notified both by telephone and mail.

The approval letter, mailed to you, will contain FULL disclosure of any and all fees, term of loan, and interest rate.

You are under NO obligation to accept !

If you like the terms of the loan we continue on. The approval letter may have conditions that must be met before the closing. For example:

A debt was paid

Photo ID - drivers license		  


AM Funding of WNY, Inc. will work with you to gather the information and submit to the lender. Then YOU tell us, when you want to close.


The Closing

AM Funding of WNY, Inc. will personally meet with you and the seller, wherever it is convenient. We will supply ALL necessary loan documentation as well as Lien search and transferring the ownership.

TOTAL TIME: a few days
